Day Rate: Up to £255 via LTD
Contract length: 3 months

My client is looking for an experienced CRM Consultant to join the Customer team on a freelancer basis for up to 3 months, to drive ambitious growth of their online and offline CRM function.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for helping to drive customer loyalty and retention through developing and executing multichannel CRM strategies across the well-known brand in order to acquire and retain new customers.
What you'll be responsible for as a CRM Consultant
- Support the CRM Manager to drive and build the CRM strategy for the loyalty programme and online retention across Email, Web, Social Media, Direct Mail and SMS channels
- Work closely with Customer Insight Manager and Customer Analyst to develop best in class customer segmentation for both brands across new and existing customers.
- Weekly reporting of the loyalty programme KPI's and email performance and updating key stakeholders
- Continuously think of ways to automate campaigns and reports and simplify processes
- Manage relationships with Data, Design and ESP agencies and suppliers delivery best practice within agreed budgets
- Onboard & manage the day to day relationship of new Campaign Management partner.
- Develop data capture strategy - working with partners agencies.
- Produce data driven insights and recommendations for improvements
What you will need to succeed as a CRM Consultant?
- Management experience within CRM
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, driven and has initiative
- Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Numerate and analytical and be able to provide insights
- Results-focused with a demonstrated track record of making informed decisions quickly
- Strong project management - ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
- Experience working with Cloud Marketing would be an advantage
- Experience in the retail sector is a distinct advantage but not essential
