A mid-sized services organisation is looking for a talented Head of FP&A to advise the business on both operational and financial performance.
This is an exciting assignment for anyone who enjoys working in a changing environment, and can highlight opportunities especially on revenue optimisation and cost improvement.

To successfully deliver in this role, you will need to have:
- An accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Experience leading FP&A functions for a contract-heavy organisation (Infrastructure, Construction, Facilities Management, Outsourcing, Support Services or similar).
- Experience managing teams
- A strong technical finance skill set with knowledge of current reporting standards.
- Commercial finance experience.

- Key business partner to Divisional Directors and Department Heads.
- 8 Direct reports.
- Ensure commercial awareness is being applied to decision making at all levels.
- You will be responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting, Review and Sign Off of Monthly Accounts, Financial Modelling, Data Analysis, Continuous Improvement Reviews, and Resource Planning.
