Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch and French speaking Agile Coach for a 6 month contract in Brussels

Your New role:-
We are looking for an inspiring Senior Agile Coach.
As a Senior Agile coach you have passion for Agile. You believe in Agile and exude it. You are an expert in both process and process coaching. Solving and addressing obstacles, conflict management and negotiation is standard in your package. You are energetic and an inspiration for the people around you
You help teams and portfolios in their journey to introduce and grow Agile as a new way of working. You inspire and move employees and managers in this way to higher maneuverability. You work for and in the various NMBS organizational units.
In addition, belongs to your job package:
o Coaching, at program/project level (including Product Owners) with the Agile method and its application, of leaders in their Agile mindset and scrum masters in their self-organizing capacity within the teams;
o Support for setting up an Agile environment, setting up Agile Metrics for the team and configuring the Agile tooling;
o Drawing up guidelines based on best practices - how to deal with Epics, Features and User Stories;
o Perform measurements to Agile maturity and current processes and practices. Then you set up an Agile deployment and application roadmap;
o Providing input for team design and composition, including possibly required governance;
o Actively contribute to sprints and standup scrum meetings
You report to the head of BIAP within the PPMO department
Your Skills and Qualifications:-
Essential Skills:-
o Extensive knowledge of Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a must, KanBan is a pre and affinity with Lean;
o Agile certified (including SAFe, CSM, PSM) is a must;
o At least 5 years of practical experience in Agile teams and environment, including experience as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner;
o Minimum 3 years experience as a practicing Agile Coach;
o Affinity with IT production processes, life cycle planning and management methodologies and tools.
o Languages: French, Dutch and English written and spoken is an absolute must
