My client, a leading Financial Services company based in London, are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to act as the key supplier commercial thought-leader and negotiator of new services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Acting as the key supplier commercial thought-leader and negotiator of new services.
- Acting as advocate for the BSP (Business Sourcing Process) within the programme and ensuring compliance, including contract management
- Working with programme supplier management to ensure that supplier project timelines and milestones are adhered to
- Appropriately escalating supplier issues and helping to mediate in disputes
- Sourcing the key run-rate service providers for the 'go-live' solution
- Working with other areas of IT & Digital sourcing to share information on common suppliers and gain appropriate leverage in performance management and commercial negotiations
Essential skills/experience:
- Financial Services experience would be beneficial
- Strong Sourcing Manager experience
