Description
We are looking for a Studio Manager to work on a 6 Month contract in Fareham, Hampshire.
You will be leading the communications team's in house design and production capability. You will lead and define the teas working pattern within the organisation and engage the work flow so that the senior leadership team has a strong has a clear view of where and when briefs will land and be expected to leave the studio. In order to do this you will work closely with multiple stakeholders of the organisation.
Essential Requirements
- Experienced Studio Manager in a design and marketing and campaign team.
- Excellent studio leadership skills, exhibiting the necessary behaviours and competencies. As well as knowledge of computers and project management software.
- Bubbly and confident personality and able to influence without authority and educate as well as engage with Internal Stakeholders who are not marketers and designers.
