Job title: Senior Commercial Advisor (Post contract management)

My client is looking for a Senior Commercial Advisor/Manager with excellent post contract management experience, and the jobholder will be responsible for setting up post contract processes, such as Change notes, Statement of Work (SOW) etc).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Negotiating new business deals to the best commercial advantage for the company, following corporate policies and processes;
- Contract Management;
- Post-Contract Negotiations;
- Supporting construction of products and services descriptions for business offerings;
- Critically assesses and advises on overall and specific business risks for each opportunity and available mitigation options.
Mandatory skills:
- Post Contract Management experience;
- Experience of setting up post contract processes.
