-Gather the requirements of the users
-In case of gaps between the requirements and the software, propose solutions to the users
-Define the final solution
-Conduct the specifications,
-Organise the tests and the maintenance.
Technical skills:
Servicenow: 5 years experience.
Project management: experience of 4 years.
Master degree.
