Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major client in the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Evaluation Researcher based in London for 6 months contract initially with possible extension.
Experience
Excellent evaluation research and analysis skills; including experience of both process and impact evaluations in terms of design, development of materials, conducting field work, through to the analysis and reporting of data
Experience and expertise in conducting evaluation research across different modes/channels (eg online, face to face etc.)
Strong experience of scoping, planning, managing and delivering evaluation research to deliver actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to develop strong relationships with a range of stakeholders and identify their evidence needs
Experience in drafting good quality papers/reports including communicating analysis to non-technical audiences.
Developed analytical skiills in descriptive, bivariate and multivariate techniques
Knowledge of related ethical issues in evaluation research
