Financial Transformation Consultant required by my leading Chicago based publicly traded business to assist with a specific process improvement initiative. The client has recently acquired new businesses and is looking to assess, review and optimize its financial close, management & financial reporting processes, as well as the related ERP/EPM systems. This is a role for an experienced operator, a CPA with a Big Four Consulting pedigree that can hit the ground running and deliver this business critical project. You will need demonstrable experience in having successfully improved the month end close time and aligned this to financial & management reporting. Moreover, you will be working with multiple source ERP and EPM applications so a thorough appreciation for reporting across multiple systems and how this data can be streamlined is critical.
