One of our clients based in Stockholm is currently looking for a GDPR Project Manager to join them in January for an initial 10 months contract until end of October with high chance to extend.
Assignment Description
- We are looking for an IT PL preferable with experience from SAP ECC, CRM or BI. The PL role will lead one of the areas within the overall IT GDPR project and the solution will comprise of several different applications.
The primary tasks for the Technical project manager are:
- Be a driver for the GDPR Access & Portability project, with support from application experts and other technical competence:
- Lead project team
- Plan and lead the GDPR Access & Portability part, based on the overall GDPR project timeline.
- Gap analysis - Participate in requirement meetings with business and/or IT to define and document the complete scope and map against suggested ILM solution
- Plan and execute design workshops
- Delivery analysis and execution
- Ensure Test planning and test execution
- Cut over planning and execution
- Stabilization of solution
- Provide system analysis
- Have solution overview
- Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
- Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Mandatory requirements
- IT Project management experience
- Experience from at least 3 implementation projects
- Inbound and outbound integration know-how
- Experience from large, global organizations
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
- Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
Qualifying requirements
- Experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP ECC and/or CRM
- Understanding of and experience from master data setup in SAP with special focus on:
- Customer/Business Partner object
- SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management
