Your tasks:
- Responsible for the scheduling of the Site Readiness Program planning
- Key role in setting up a new facility and ensuring commercial manufacturing readiness
- Supporting other projects in the manufacturing area, as appropriate
- Responsible for managing the program planning on a daily basis (identify action items and dependencies, track completion, define and monitor program management metrics
- Acting as a key partner for all stakeholders and ensure their interests are taken into account
- Responsible for preparing reporting on advancement of the program to various audiences as requested
Your qualifications
- BS Science, Technology, Business or equivalent
- Profound experience in project management, in particular in complex multi-party projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a well-developed ability to constructively work across functional areas and levels to achieve results
- Very good experience in Project Management systems (MS Project)
- Understanding of GMP and FDA/EMA/Swissmedic regulatory requirements is beneficial
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong analytical, problem solving and deductive skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
