A leading global support services company are looking for a talented Commercial Finance Lead to bridge the gap between finance and business operations in Paris, France. This person must have strong communication skills and be able to speak French fluently.
This is an exciting assignment for anyone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and the challenges of being a Business Partner to Operations. The hiring manager described the role as:
"A critical part of the finance leadership team for our organisation that will help to create commercial alignment between finance and operations in France, giving us a clear forward view of the business."
To successfully deliver this high-profile Commercial Finance role you will need to have:
- A background in Finance (ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven track record of financial leadership
- Clear, and strong Business Partnering experience
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions
- Ability to create commercial alignment across business functions, sitting between business and finance
In the first half of this 6-month contract, this person will have successfully:
- Reassured the French business plan
- Identified a clear line of sight with regards to risks and opportunities
