Our client is looking for a Service Transition Lead to provide expertise to deliver their EUC programme in to service/BAU.
You will supply the approach, methodology and execution to ensure that the programme smoothly and efficiently moves from project to BAU and you will have experience working on large scale programmes at this phase - eg EUC, ERP programmes. You will be a commercially aware consultant with experience negotiating and preparing service contracts for large scale complex technology support contracts as you will lead the process for negotiating new and amended 3rd party contracts which will contain support SLAs/OLAs.
