Data Flow Manager, (Smart Metering), Smart Meter expert, smart meter, compliance, Asset Assurance, Data Flow, Balance & Settlements Code (BSC), the Meter Assets Management Code of Practice (MAMCOP), the Meter Operation Code of Practice Agreement (MOCOPA) and the Master Registration Agreement Company (MRASCO) Utilities experience (Gas/Electricity/Water/Energy)
Role: Data Flow Manager (Smart Metering)
Location: Warwick
Contract: 6 months +
Rate: £400 p/d (Flexible)
The Role:
*Our client requires a Data Flow Manager (Smart Metering) to be responsible for smart metering compliance data flow activities.
*To successfully plan and implement the on-boarding of newly acquired customers and their respective data sets.
Key Skills:
*Fulfil standard gas & electricity industry flow requirements to meet customers' and the industry's expectations
*Successfully manage exceptions to the standard file flows ensuring that missing data is identified and acquired through the appropriate channels
*Design and support the industry flow testing procedures and systems
*Develop 'in house' expertise on the management of industry flows
*Deliver the content for business training and process documents to onsite and offsite resource
*Business processes in line with Lean and Six Sigma principles as part of continuous improvement/Performance Excellence (Pex) methodology
*Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures
*Develop positive and professional relationships within the wider industry at both regulatory and strategic level (Customers and third parties)
*Develop and maintain a robust and current knowledge of industry requirements around industry flows and relevant regulatory changes within industry forums and bodies
*Support the accreditation and re-accreditation via the industry MAP, MAM and MOP bodies to typically include the Balance & Settlements Code (BSC), the Meter Assets Management Code of Practice (MAMCOP), the Meter Operation Code of Practice Agreement (MOCOPA) and the Master Registration Agreement Company (MRASCO)
*Managing the existing and proposed gas and electricity standard industry flows
*Managing non-standard industry flows' rejection and exception handling
*Technical expertise of supporting accreditation and re-accreditations to industry bodies
