Product Manager - Banking - Mortgages - Gloucester - £/day
Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join their business. The successful applicant will develop and execute the mortgage intermediary strategy to optimise balance growth and profitability of the book. This will take a leading role in product and proposition to meet more customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of strategy to optimise balance growth and profitability of intermediary mortgages
- Develop and deliver product and proposition initiatives to support intermediary P&L metrics and strategy
- Support initiatives relating to the end to end on-boarding process for intermediary mortgages with a key focus on maintaining TSB service standards for brokers
- Manage portfolio of exclusive products to support key account relationships and optimise share growth
- Working collaboratively with the intermediary sales channels to agree sales plans and develop opportunities to improve mortgage sales effectiveness
- This team works closely with many parts of the Bank, most notably colleagues in our distribution channels, finance, risk, operations and marketing
- Provide SME to ensure the timely and accurate sign off of technical information and product/scheme details

Additional info:
- This is a product management role not a product marketing role.
- Also as key interface with mortgage intermediary team, stakeholder management needs to be strong
- Experience of project delivery advantageous
- Good understanding of the mortgage market (preferably intermediary) required
