Proteus Europe is searching for a speaking French and Dutch Project maneger availble to workin a long term contract for one of our client in Belgium

Your New role:-

1. Business case. Information needs of the users/customer
. Legislation if applicable
. Governance and financial procedures around project Delivery as determined by PMO
. Using the PMO Templates. Delivery of a complete - Project request Sheet- for approval
. Responsible to translate the business case into a project request in cooperation with the customer, including limitations, risks, dependencies...
. Build a network with Ypto specialists and the customer to ensure that the follow-up and execution of the project receive the necessary attention

2. Project Initiation and Planning. Governance and financial procedures around project Delivery as determined by PMO
. Using the PMO Templates. Kick-off
. PID/PMP
. Planning
. Determine and record the detailed scope, planning and budget and communicate this to the project team (kick-off)
. Provides a validation of the technical solution and estimation of the effort and costs by experts and team members
. Schedule the transfer to support and provide an estimate of the support cost

1. Project Governance. Project governance rules and procedures as determined by PMO
. Using the PMO Templates. Issue/Change Requests log
. Risk log
. Documentation Mitigating actions
. Communicates on a regular basis about the progress, the agreed scope and adapted planning including resources and competences
. Manages and monitors the risks and problems with the project team and escalates in time to management and customer if necessary. Look for solutions with the project team and discuss this with the customer and if necessary, the management
. Follows change request during the project and requests approval during a steering committee before executing
. Provides coordination between the external and internal teams
. Supports audit activities if necessary
. Follows recommendations and procedures of PMO in preparation for the ISO9000 certification

Your Skills and Qualifications:-
Basic knowledge of all processes within the domain.
. Requires knowledge of the technologies in the project
. Project Delivery Team, Project Team, PMO, Business up to the department level
. can manage up to 4 low complexity projects in parallel
. Build a team, plan work, conflict management, anticipate resource availability
. Bachelor of Master IT/Computer science or equated with experience
. Mintens 5 years working in IT and 3 years project leader for similar projects
. Certification in Prince II or PMI foundation level.
.Language knowledge. Dutch, French and English

Communication. Use of the calibrated channels for periodic communication and reporting at different levels. Project governance rules and procedures as determined by PMO. PSR. Meeting minutes and action list. Steerco reports. Keep the business project manager (or appointed representative of the customer) regularly informed, in a transparent and honest manner, about the progress and achievements of the project. Gives monthly update via Project Status Report to B-IT and the business. Ensures a monthly follow-up of the actual cost, effort, progress. Prepares steerco meetings 3. Project Closing. According to the standards set by the Ypto operation and support team. Project governance rules and procedures as determined by PMO. Lessons learned. Operation and support guide. Training guide if needed. Does a closing meeting with the client and the project team and documents the - lessons learned-. Ensures the transfer to Operation and support Team and ensures that the necessary documentation and training is given. 4. Project Team. According to the existing HR policies. Project governance rules and procedures as determined by PMO. Purchase Procedures for project staffing. Project Capacity planning. Creates a Project capacity planning. Ensures a positive atmosphere in the project team and ensures efficient and qualitative delivery. Resolves conflicts. Monitors the teams effort and communicates progress. Anticipates project capacity needs and problems
