Job Description:

a. Should have minimum of 5-6 years of experience in operations support.
b. Minimum 2 years of experience in Incident Management & Problem Management is must.
c. Experience in using Incident/Problem Management tools eg Service Now is must.
d. Strong skills in fundamental computing and MS Office applications is a must.
e. Strong soft skills must in Business Communication, Client Communication and Team Management
f. Experience in Telecom/ICT is a definite advantage.

Job Description:

a. Single Point of Contact for Customer Be-Alert (Incident Management) team for Priority 1 incident communications within Client Operations/innovation scope.
b. Understand Business impact of an incident and keep stakeholders updated.
c. Responsible for driving SM calls, incident resolution and coordination across ASM teams and 3rd party vendors.
d. Facilitate communication/coordination with KPN Be-Alert team for incident resolutions and workaround to reduce business impact.
e. Highlight to Be-Alert team for any issues around with 3rd party vendor for the required support for resolution.
f. Constant follow-up with teams till the Incident is Service Restored or Closed.
g. Highlight and bring in Technical Crisis team (TCT) for the Be-Alert code Yellow/Orange/Red.
h. Responsible to track and drive the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document preparation completion.
i. Track PR's open for various parcels.
