MI ANALYST/INFORMATION ANALYST/COGNOS/RESOURCE LINK/initial 3 months/PETERBOROUGH/£15 - 24/HOUR
I am working with a public sector client in Peterborough who have a requirement for an MI analyst. Experience is required in working on HR systems such as RescourceLink to populate Excel dashboards and run reports using Cognos.
You will be required to;
- Assess the organisation's information needs in respect to HR and Workforce and to inform the development of an information strategy to meet those needs
- Act as an expert resource for data analysis, interpretation and presentation, utilising spreadsheets, databases, and other analytical tools across a range of data sets.
- Run reports from the HR system (ResourceLink) using the Cognos reporting tool.
- Lead on information analysis for HR and Workforce taking responsibility for delivery of lead work area objectives
- Advise on research needs and methodology
- Provide technical advice around report specifications and development from key IT products
