Data Quality Analyst
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Quality professional to join a leading Financial Services company and work within the Data Management team to support continued compliance to the internal framework, policy and external regulatory drivers within the Retail Consumer Credit Risk Division. This is an initial 6 month contract based in Halifax, the initial day rate on offer is up to £330/day.
Essential skill set/experience:
- Technical skills and acumen; preferably in the market leading SAS analytical software.
- An active passion for Data Management, Data Quality and wider data concepts
- Ability to understand identify and describe potentially complex situations and data structures whilst analysing root cause failure.
- Experience of financial product data, especially Credit Risk
- Conversant in data structures and file types such as XML, flat files and/or SAS files
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Business process mapping
- Data Quality experience including data quality frameworks
- A recognised data quality certification
