Senior Manager Client Operations (m/f)

Your tasks:
- This role will be accountable for the client services and all operational tasks including logistics, travel and venue management
- Line Management of team with all relevant Line Manager responsibilities; including 1:1’s, annual review process and career/development conversations
- Inspires the team to deliver excellent client service, constantly pushing the bench on what this means and how we deliver to excelled expectations
- Aligns the team with other functions (IT, Marketing, etc.)
- To manage Consultant diaries to optimise the use of Consultants’ time across the Regional business
- Balances Consultant wellbeing and business needs
- Has active conversations between Business Unit Leaders to ensure cost allocation is handled appropriately
- Optimises Consultant utilisation for both the company and the client
- Identifies opportunities for diversification across Consultant portfolios
- To improve processes and implement innovation in order to generate efficiencies and add value to the business
Your qualifications
- Fluent in English and German
- Extensive experience in business operations
- Strong understanding and sensitivity to cultural differences
- High performer with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to engage with stake holders at different levels of seniority
