SAP WM Troubleshooting & best practice
Background:
A global manufacturing organisation that has recently gone live with its SAP WM solution is experiencing teething problems with day to day use. This is an operational/process issue rather than a technical/SAP issue and we need an experienced SAP WM person to troubleshoot previous warehousing process errors, advice users on best practice and act as an escalation point for on going support issues.
Key requirements:
We are looking to engage with an independent SAP WM expert with solid hands on knowledge around warehousing, logistics and distribution process as well as a good grounding in SAP. As above, the issues this organisation are facing are not SAP-based but more around the usage of the SAP system. Experience in training users in SAP WM would be useful however the role is more hands on than traditional training roles as it will include root cause analysis and unpicking existing process errors.
The role:
This is an opportunity to add another SAP User to your list of repeat business customers as the role is likely to be 1-2 weeks on site for orientation and to get them up and running followed by remote support work which can be done per hour in conjunction to supporting other customers.
