Description
My client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to join us on a contract basis in France.
YOU MUST SPEAK AT LEAST BUSINESS FLUENT ENGLISH AND FRENCH
The ideal candidate will have a strong Digital Transformation/Ecommerce background and be comfortable with Agile methodologies and environments.
You will manage several Scrum projects and be responsible for ensuring that the scrum teams adhere to scrum theory, practices and rules. You will also be responsible for helping the product owner and the development team use the right processes to create successful products, and facilitate organisational change and establish agile ways of working.
Activities;
- Manage the scrum process and guide the team on best SCRUM practices and values
- Streamline the team to collaborate effectively and manage their work successfully to make realistic commitments and create product increments reliably
- Manage and support projects from the initial expression of business needs to the deployment of the final solution, while guaranteeing an optimal result, in terms of quality, performance, cost and time
- Organise and facilitate the project plans, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related functions
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
- Ensure the team collaborate well with the product owner on the product backlog
- Help the product owner choose the right agile product management techniques and tools and provide support in product decisions
- Work alongside senior management to implement the necessary organisational changes required by Scrum
- Establish a set of working agreements for pre-empting and resolving conflicts in advance
Skills Required:
- Fluent in French and English
- Project management tool: JIRA Software/Confluence
- SCRUM Certified
- Prior exposure to BDD and TDD
- Self-reliant and motivated
- Great communication skills, verbally and written
