Description
I am currently looking for a Communications Manager to join a leading Banking organisation and be based in either London or Oxfordshire. The right candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering internal and external communications for a change programme.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver informative and engaging communications to both colleagues and clients
- Develop an understanding of the programme and the impact this has on colleagues and clients
- Create relationships with key programme stakeholders, to ensure communications keep colleagues updated on the programme
- Assess and report on communications effectiveness
- Manage the legal and comoplaince process of communciations
Essential skills:
- Experience of developing communications within a financial services or regulated change programme environment
- Strong experience of producing both internal and external communications
- An understanding of a commercial banking environment
- Ability to recommend correct communications approach for the change
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Experience of managing the sign-off process of communications and liaising with legal professionals
