Graduate Opportunity - Customer Support for the markets biggest Electronic Trading platform - Banking & Broking
Graduate Opportunity for you to join the leading Brokerage within the Investment Banking and Finance market. This is a great chance for you to get your foot in the door and is paying £100 per day on an initial temporary basis with the possibility of going perm.
The position is based in their London HQ which is in the heart of the City, near Liverpool Street.
Working in a fast paced environment with brokers, traders, and IT Support teams, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to external users of the electronic trading platform.
This is ideal for anyone who has an interest in the financial markets and Fintech world, who believes they have good customer service skills and thinks they can build relationships with some of the markets best traders and brokers.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport quickly with new people
- Strong attention to detail whilst able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Calm and collected in complex situations
- Fast learner with an interest in Financial/Banking/Fintech markets
- Ideally have a recent Degree in subjects such as Economics/Computer Studies/Business or simply a passion for finance and fintech.
- Very beneficial to speak a second language
