Working with a well renowned IT Service provider, T4S Solutions are proud to be searching for a Continuous Improvement expert.
As part of the Channel Readiness & Improvement team, the Continuous improvement team is responsible for improving the customer service & operational excellence within the residential sales and care organization by implementing the right improvements and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
We are part of the Residential Sales & Customer Operations department and support all channels (retail, customer contact, install and Back Office) with a total of more than 2000 customer advisors, managers and external partners.
The function
As a continuous improvement expert you are responsible for the pursuit of operational excellence by implementing the right improvements. You also contribute to creating a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
The improvements you are responsible for are the smaller projects and the ad hoc improvements that are picked up within our department. The improvements you work on are specifically focused on improving processes and eliminating the non-quality within the retail channel. As a continuous improvement expert you also ensure that there is sufficient coordination and involvement with the retail channel.
You are responsible for analysing, prioritizing, root cause assessment, defining the right improvements, implementing them and measuring success. You report on improvements and status to the manager on a regular basis.
The mission
You have experience in the field of continuous improvement and you ensure that your improvement projects have the necessary support within the organization.
You are the owner of your projects and programs and ensure a qualitative and timely delivery of improvements that have a maximum impact on the objectives of the channels. You report on the status and progress of your projects to the manager.
You use tools and methodologies that can be used within the Telenet environment and this in every phase of the improvement project.
Profile
You have a master degree with experience in process and/or improvement environments
You have strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking ability
You are result-oriented and guarantee qualitative and timely deliveries
You have an enthusiastic style of working
You have an expert in continuous improvement and are always looking for improvements
