Client Migration Manager

Commercial Banking Online Migration Project

Job Purpose

To provide clients with support and guidance through their migration journey from the Bank's existing online platforms to the new channel, Commercial Banking Online (CB Online).

The successful candidate should expect regular face to face Client engagement, be confident demonstrating the capabilities of CB Online as required and engage proactively with a variety of key stakeholders both internal and external to the bank.

Core Responsibilities:

Pro-active face to face and remote engagement with Clients regarding changes that will affect their current online banking facility

Taking ownership for and managing a set of migration cases, providing accurate reporting against progress

Validation of a Client's existing channel data to capture the correct details for the future online requirements of their Business

Data cleansing activities to enable a smooth transition to CB Online

Supporting clients and providing guidance at the relevant points throughout their migration journey.

Offer feedback to and share best practice with team members as required so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the project

Stakeholder Management - providing detailed, timely and up to date information as required both internally and externally

Enter and extract data onto a central online tracker to ensure that the relevant client activities are carried out and accurately recorded within the timescales required

Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with established processes, practices and guidelines

Ensure good levels of product knowledge in order to support varying Client journeys as effectively and efficiently as possible
