Description
*PPM Consultant | ASAP | 3 months+ | Paris*
For one of our clients, an international company leader on its market, we are looking for a PPM both to support increasing requests in the PPM area (IT and business) and for the deployment of a new PPM solution.
The consultant will have the following experience and skills
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience
* Experience with projects in an international environment
* Experienced in Project and Portfolio Management Tools & Processes
* Experience with Agile projects
* Experience with requirement gathering & functional specifications writing
* Experienced in Business Process Modelling (using Hopex is a plus)
* Experienced in Use-Case description
* Capability to build entity model and functional architecture models (application tree)
* Experience in "Change Management" and "Training"
* Experience in workshop management (preparation, animation)
Skills:
* Fluent in French & English
* Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills coupled with strong presentation skills
* Thorough knowledge of the systems development life cycle
* Capable of understanding, articulating and translating business requirements to system solution at a conceptual level (business to IT translation)
* Capable of understand & configure new tools to adapt to the business needs
* Culturally aware and adaptable to flexible business requirements
* Open minded and accepting challenges
* Good communication and Teamwork
* Functional Architecture
* Agile certifications is a plus
* Knowledge in PPM Tools:
o IT Business Management (ServiceNow)
o Jira (Atlassian)
o Project (Microsoft)
o Accolade (Sopheon)
o PPM (CA)
Other knowledge: ALM/QC (HP), USD (CA), Hopex (Mega)
This will be a long term contract.
The consultant will be based 5 days per week on the customer's site near Paris. The client location is easily accessible from the main transport hubs.
