Customer Due Diligence and On-boarding Analysts - Bank
Central Manchester

We are currently working with a major banking client on a large scale remediation programme and are looking for a number of analysts to join their team in central Manchester. They are looking for January starters but there may be flexibility moving past that as they are looking for a number of people.
To be considered, you will need to have telephony experience in a call centre environment where you have maintained corporate customer relationships and possess a knowledge of Know your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
Your main responsibilities will include:
Facilitating inbound and outbound calls relating to requests for KYC/KYB documents for their accounts in Commercial and Business banking
Working with remediation analysts to gather required documentation from clients
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Your skills and experience will ideally include:
Excellent communication skills
The ability to take ownership and follow up on issues and queries in a timely manner
KYC and CDD knowledge
