At the FCA, we're creating a fair and more resilient financial system. We're establishing more transparent relationships between financial services and their customers, building trust in financial markets and protecting vulnerable consumers.

The Communications Division builds internal and external confidence in, and understanding of, the work of the FCA. The Division enables the use of communications as a regulatory tool, telling people what we do, how we do it, and why we do it, to prompt behavioural change and promote mutual understanding with the communities in which we work.

The Division consists of three areas:

  • You will lead on developing team processes and guidelines around content employing your knowledge of digital best practice.
  • Coordinate activity to ensure that deadlines are met, reporting into the project manager and internal communications manager.

What will I get from the role?

Working in the internal communications team, you will benefit from a role in a busy communications division at the centre of the Financial Conduct Authority. You will work with a friendly team who are keen to improve their service to the organisation and modernise the Intranet portal. You will be able to use your expertise and knowledge to influence how this new platform is implemented and adopted.
