Digital Business Analyst
- A BA keen to develop/deepen experience as a Senior, with 5-10 years' experience in a variety of business sectors
- Evidence of having come cold to a complex organisation heavily reliant on Legacy Back End systems
- Soemone who is looking for a challenging woirk environment
- Digital or Mobile projects experience
- Experience of running contributing to multiple concurrent projects
- Experience working with third party suppliers in the delivery of business or IT change initiatives - including experience of working with remote and co-located teams and vendors
- Understanding and experience of a range of BA and development methodologies. Agile experience highly valued but sound theoretical knowledge also valuable.
- Is equipped with techniques to deal with organisational complexity and lack of mature processes whilst championing better ways of working
- Demonstrable conflict resolution skills
- Strong business engagement and negotiation skills
- Expereince working in Agile/Watefall methodologies
- Experience of guiding an immature business how to interact with Technology
- Strong influencing and empathy skills along with evident emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to map AS IS and TO BE Processes.
- Ability to perform Gap and SWOT analysis.
