Corporate Solicitor/Lawyer - Automotive Finance - Brexit - Financial Services.
The financing department of a major global automotive firm are assessing the impact of Brexit on their business and have a fantastic opportunity for a number of Lawyers to play a key role assessing the impact impacts and consequences for Brexit on their business.
As a Solicitor/Lawyer you will utilise your understanding of UK law, in particular consumer credit/wholesale law, and retail law, preferably with an understanding of FCA regulations, to provide expert analysis, interpretation and understanding of the options the firm faces from a financing perspective as part of the Brexit transition and post-Brexit.
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
- Significant corporate law experience within the financial services
- Consumer credit/wholesale legal experience; retail also desirable
- FCA regulatory experience is highly desirable
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Qualified solicitor
- Degree educated or higher
This is a role based out of London with travel to Essex. Depending on level, roles range from £400-£740/day.
