Role Summary:
My client a large Bank based in Dublin City Centre is in need of x2 Senior Project Managers for a large piece of work. This project is focused on a programme looking to transform and improve the customer experience within their retail banking. This includes; automation, digitisation, process improvements.
Rate on offer €500 - €550 p/d depending on experience, 6 month contract initially.
The role is based in Dublin City Centre
Responsibilities include:
The project entails; reviewing their website and what exactly is their current offering, and assist in improving their current process applications. For example, Mobile apps and the opening of current accounts online. Aim of this is to make improvements on main product lines to increase sales.
Skills:
Mt client needs x2 Senior PM's to have a tech and banking background - SDLC not infrastructure.
Someone that can work across the business to pull workstreams together and report back to line management. It is essential that you have worked on business and tech projects, and will be able to challenge both the business stakeholders and equally the tech SMEs to ensure project planning, readiness, comms, scoping, and that all streams run smooth.

- Needs to have an appreciation for Central bank and the regulation that comes with that.
