Description
Change Agent - Group Technologie Stream with IT background wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Academic degree or equivalent
- 5+ years' background in Change Process Management, Process Optimization, Target Operating Model design, Transformation Management or related field
- 3 years' experience in line or project management, preferably in financial services sector
- Know-how of agile projects and methodology and solid understanding of operational processes in the banking industry
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German fluency beneficial to have
Your tasks:
- Evaluating the current status considering Process Efficiency, Voice of the Customer, Mindsets and Behaviors, Metrics and Results as well as Organization and Skills
- Optimizing processes and applying new ways of working with focus on Continuous Improvement as well as implementing solutions
- Delivering initiatives which include optimization projects and Target Operating Model design
- Leading opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Collaborating with solution design specialists and coaching client teams on tools and methods
