Description

Prestigious London based insurance firm are seeking a Communications Manager focusing on employee benefits and pensions. You will be responsible for delivering communication solutions for their clients, developing and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative communications strategies for complex initiatives which meet client goals
  • Develop innovative tools and approaches to enhance employee understanding and appreciation of their corporate benefits, including pension and flexible benefits offerings
  • Drive and influence communications strategies
  • Produce consistent and high-quality results in a high paced, high pressured environment
  • Effectively communicate with a diverse employee population
  • Participate in new business proposals and pitches
  • Manage budgets and time, ensuring projects delivered to agreed fees

Your profile:

  • Ideally you will have employee benefit/pensions communications experience
  • Proven ability delivering comms plans for a variety of client and employee audiences uses multiple deliver channels
  • Possess developed relationship building skills (both internal and external)
  • Is knowledgeable of best practice communication and engagement tools - digital and social media.
  • Detail orientated with impeccable writing and proof reading skills
