Description
Clinical Trial Supply Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Academic Degree in Science, Engineering or relevant field
- 5+ years of professional experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical company or 3+ years working background in field of expertise
- Excellent knowledge of clinical practice, clinical trials, regulatory processes (GMP, HSE…) and drug development process
- Strong ability working independently and within interdisciplinary teams
- Basic leadership and project management skills along with good organizational and presentation competencies
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Conducting compliance of processes with regulations as well as internal procedures and GxP requirements
- Participating in team activities and fulfilling all related tasks and duties
- Communicating key issues and keeping up to date about critical topic timely to the appropriate management level and to/or any other relevant project team members.
- Analysing results and data, drawing conclusions and reporting back to team and management
- Leading and supervising team members, contributing to team goals and providing technical training
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance measures ensuring all strategic objectives are met according to timelines, budget, quality standards and operational procedures
