One of our clients based in Stockholm is currently looking for a Global Business Expert to join their Global Accounting team in February for an initial 7 months contract.

As an Accounting Global Business Expert at the Global Accounting team you will be working with various SAP related projects. We have several large projects and programs running in the company for our online and store business. In these programs, we are replacing our core systems onto a global SAP platform. Our focus areas are General accounting, Management & Financial reporting which includes a strong connection with our sales and logistics departments.
Work Tasks:
Represent our Global accounting template (SAP) as well as secure capture and design of Legal and strong local business requirements in our SAP roll out projects;
o Work shop facilitator
o Requirement analysis,
o Process and functional design,
o Tester,
o Trainer
Continue the development of our common ways of working within Accounting and seeing the big picture in different matters
Act as one of our Business change ambassadors and change coaches in our SAP roll out projects
Act as a leader
Specific competence:
University degree within Accounting and Finance (or similar)
7+ years of working experience within Accounting (operational or auditing related work)
Strong analytical skills
A genuine interest and experience of working within projects
Proven understanding of project methodology
Fluent English skills, both in speech and writing
Experince Workshop leader
Good presentation and pedagogical skills
Store/retail working experience is an advantage
Tools competence:
SAP Financial and Controlling Modules (excellent knowledge)
SAP Sales and Distribution Module (understanding)
SAP Business Warehouse Module (advantage)
Good MS Office skills, as design improvements need to be documented and presented
Vast experience of stock handling and sales (POS and/or online) is meritorius
