Senior Manager/HR Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Manager/HR Manager to join a global leading broadcasting located in Amsterdam. This role will be offered as an initial 6 month contract.

The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Global Compensation team on key projects and processes mainly related to the T&I organization; including but not exhaustively Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus Processes and projects such as Technical Career Ladders and Job Leveling.

Key Accountabilities

  • Gathering & analysing data from across the businesses as directed to analyse & provide accurate insights
  • Provide first-line professional advice at an individual & policy level
  • Facilitate the development, improvement and implementation of policies & processes in areas such as incentive programmes, benchmarking and job leveling.
  • Accountable for project roll-outs
  • Guiding the Annual Salary Review for T&I in particular
  • Management Information: Support preparing presentations collating information for Leadership sign-off
  • Active & insightful contributor identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Provide (strategic) Reward advice to the wider People Community, in particular T&I related
  • Supports leaders and managers in facilitating the delivery of reward related projects
  • Supporting the Reward strategy ensuring current practices are reviewed & fit for purpose supporting the business strategy
  • Supports transformational activity through strong change management approach ensuring the way that organization structure changes are delivered, is consistent with the Reward strategy providing internal equity
  • Develop, design & implement Reward communication

Knowledge & Experience

  • University degree or equivalent in related field
  • 7 - 10 years' experience in Reward in an international environment, preferably in high-tech, media or financial services
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques
  • Leadership skills and strong communication skills are critical for success
  • Numerate with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Skills
  • Proven Project Management Skills
  • Ability to be effective through building strong relationships with colleagues across an international Matrix
