Daily rate: 580 EUROS per day
Languages: Dutch & English
Contract: 6 - 12 months+
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & TOOLS
- You have knowledge of current collaboration tools:Confluence, Jira, TFS
- You have knowledge of the Lean principles and Agile methodology.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently.
- You are a certified Scrum Master.
- You have experience within large organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You send multiple scrum teams in terms of organization and process
- You ensure that problems and obstacles are addressed to the right people outside the team and prevents the team being distracted so that the sprint goals can be achieved.
- You help the team and the organization to apply the agile methodology in order to provide more added value for the business partner.
- You guide the team to become self-managing in their multidisciplinary work environment.
- You help the team to work more efficiently and try to lift them to a higher level by coaching.
- You ensure a solid team, where solidarity, trust and ownership prevail.
- You support the Product Owner in the management of the product backlog.
- You report both the results internally and externally, with maximum transparency.
- You are a scrum master within multiple teams who are responsible for the realization of digital platforms for our Business partners
- You facilitate the scrum process and organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos etc.
- You ensure optimal cooperation within the team and are constantly looking for improvement, efficiency and togetherness.
- You work closely with the product owner, project manager, team manager and also ensure sufficient coordination with the stakeholders.
- You professionalize the scrum operation within our department.
- You report transparently to the various parties (team, management, stakeholders) and use these figures as a basis to improve teamwork and/or processes.
