URGENT - Strategic Partner Manager - 8 Months - Temp - London

Title: Strategic Partner Manager, Global Product Partnerships
Location: London
Duration: 8 months
Languages: Fluent English is essential. Candidates with German or French are desirable and will be at a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities.
Maintain strong direct relationships with the named top strategic partners.
Evangelise new opportunities with existing top strategic partners, and champion their needs internally ensuring full Product Area stakeholder awareness and understanding.
Develop, implement and maintain mechanisms for proactive, outbound communications to top strategic partners.
Refine and maintain mechanisms to track all aspects of top partner relationships and leverage them to enhance and better forecast the relationship.
Play central role in helping Product Area teams establish and share best practices in partner management and continually improve existing processes and metrics.
Maintain a deep understanding of competitive landscape, emerging business trends at the global and regional levels, identify emerging disruptors in EMEA and ensure stakeholder awareness, as necessary and appropriate.
Support regional GPP Product Area teams as needed

Minimum qualifications/Demonstrable experience.
BA/BS degree with Professional experience in business development, strategic relationship management or other entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically in English and to a similar level in at least one other major European language (preferably French or German)

Preferred qualifications/Demonstrable experience.
MBA or Master's degree.Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities, including comfort in front of both large and small senior-level audiences.
Experience in managing a portfolio of partners to achieve product objectives, operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
Self-starter with the ability to concurrently manage multiple time-sensitive projects/deals in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Experience analysing and reporting data, with strong spreadsheet, statistical, quantitative modelling and forecasting skills.
Significant experience in using analytical insight and employing thoughtful structures to solve problems and communicate solutions.
Ability to differentiate and work at strategic and tactical level simultaneously.
Ability to remain diplomatic and tactful at all times.
Confident, collaborative, adaptable, self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguous requirements
