Your tasks:
- Support and coach the development team and Product Owner in their Scrum
- Develop agile scaling concepts together with the other Scrum Masters
- Preparation and facilitation of Sprint Changes and Program Increment Plannings
- Participation in our Scrum Community of Practice
- Development, Implementation and Improvement of our way of doing Continuous Delivery
- Identification, handling and communication of impediments
- Communication of agile values and agile spirit to stakeholders
- Exchange of experience with other agile projects
Your qualifications
- You know and embrace the agile principles according to Scrum
- You are experienced in working as a Scrum Master
- You have good communication and people skills
- You enjoy working in an agile and fast-paced environment
- You are eager to acquire and share new talents in a highly skilled team
- You can speak English very well
