Expert Business Analyst Contract Role in Stockholm !
For a financial customer in Stockholm, we are looking for an Expert Business Analyst.
- You will be responsible for the production of the business operating model requirements in the overall requirements document, review of the document by the Nordea business, document approval and change management. Responsible for the target state business operating model design and transition from the current implemented operating model
- You will manage, co-ordinate, drive and deliver the operating model analysis for the current state leasing solutions and target state IFRS16 solution. The operating model is required to cover: systems, data, people, governance, process, control, reporting and policies
- You will handle management of the business analysis and design team and their activities
- Part of the role is to ensure the integrity of the IFRS16 operating model design, ensuring that the newly implemented leasing solution and target operating model are fit for purpose (ie meet the need of finance in complying with IFRS16
- You are expected to have full life cycle project experience within the Financial Services industry. Here under business operating model analysis and design. Further you have experience with technology implementations and complex project management.
- You will advise on the risk management strategy and approach and verify the solution continues to provide value for money

- Operating model design and implementation experience, especially in regulatory and compliance
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Change implementation experience. Change management experience
- Experienced in solution design and implementation
- Management of risks and issues
- Team management and leadership
