Job Description:
Summary: The Country Deployment Leading the Global Service Desk.

Purpose:
* The Service Desk Consolidation Program will deliver a significant amount of change to the future operating model of L1 Service Desk and On-Site Services to in-scope countries.
* The introduction of this process will be carried out in a way that delivers the expected benefits.
* The role of the Country Deployment Lead aims to manage the delivery of a specific portfolio of services.
This role wants to be the successor of the program as the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
* Works with the supplier to confirm scope and plans for wave / country / location / service delivery
* Monitor supplier progress and report back to the main program using standard PMO processes
* The first line of escalation for the supplier and resolve issues and conflicts where possible
* Ensures that 'customer responsibilities' (as defined in the associated work packages) are met accor ding to Agreed supplier plans
* monitor supplier milestones and delivery dates
* Validates overall progress vs supplier reporting
* Coordinating project / service team and sub-team activities
* Actively following and promoting appropriate governance for transition processes and operations
* Communicating with stakeholders and managing deliverables
* Monitoring and reporting performance, progress and risk status
* Traveling to customer locations

Required Skills:
* Background in project execution
* Background knowledge of HM services and projects
* Knowledge of current pharmaceutical environment and geographies Desirable
* Previous experience on Service Transition Service Desk & On-Site
* Previous experience in managing in offshore model

Education: Bachelor or Master Degree.

Languages: Fluent English and German language would be advantage.
