NextLink is currently looking for an ECM Consultant to work in Milano, Italy,

Contract type: 12 months
Working hours: Standard Business
Working location: Milan, Italy
Start date: ASAP

As a Consultant responsible for Supporting Portal based applications of Customer's landscape, you will be responsible for:

Provide L2/L3 Support in applications with ECM Portal technologies.
Gather requirements, perform analysis and translate business reporting requirements to technical specifications.
Responsible for Custom and OOTB Solution Development, Workflow Implementation using OOTB and third party tools like Nintex
Identify business requirements and map them to the Microsoft SharePoint and ECM Autonomy.
Preparing design and functional specification documents, User Manuals, POC documents for newly proposed solutions/alternatives for existing solutions
Handle production support related issues and fix the issues within the defined SLAs.
Should focus on reducing operational cost, increase delivery capacity, streamline development process, improve service levels, innovation and growth
Responsible for service delivery & Continuity including Italy and other countries in Future

Experience

Must Have

2+ Years of experience in Autonomy Platform
ITIL Frame work understanding
Fluent in English and Italian Language skills

Nice to have

Experience of managing Portal in an EPCI (Engineering Procurement, Construction & Installation)
Understanding and experience of Onshore-Offshore delivery model
Knowledge of ITSM tools like HPSM, Remedy, ServiceNow
