CRM Application Project Manager - Agile, ERP, CRM, Deployment, Dutch, English
A leading client is looking for a CRM Application Project Manager to join them on a contract/freelance basis near Ghent, Belgium.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large number of third party logistics.
- Manage the deployment of client integration layer connectivity from client to third party logistics.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Responsible for planning day to day operations.
- Managing the on-boarding of the third party logistics to SAP.
- Maintain daily contacts with customers to answer technical questions for ongoing projects.
- Register the daily planning in our CRM system.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Experience in Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM etc..)
- Strong MS Office and know how of an ERP and/or CRM program.
- PM Certification is a plus
- Dutch and English languages are essential.
