Edinburgh:

Relationship Manager - up to 342.00 per day. EA Change Groups' Edinburgh based retail banking client urgently requires motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join them on an initial 11 month contract.

The successful candidate would be working on a large complex digital transformation programme.

Responsibilities

  • Manage specific client issues or queries through to resolution which may include seeing problems through to resolution by taking issue out to wider subject experts.
  • Support clients & colleagues as online channels SME's. Including on site for remediation of complex issues
  • Take responsibility for the development and implementation of specific deliverables and ensuring these are achieved to time and quality
  • Facilitate first class client support enabling the client to make best use of the new Commercial online banking service.
  • Offer feedback to and share best practise with team members as required so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the business
  • Identify themes for remediation by IT or a service improvement either process or development through the Roadmap

  • Checks own work is accurately fed into Bank systems if required
  • Consults with Manager before deviating from an established work processes
  • Clarifies information and asks for support rather than risk mistakes
  • Completes all documentation accurately
