Proteus Europe is searching for a Project Manager speaking Dutch and French available to work in a project in BrusselsOur Client :-

Tasks and responsibilities
Coordinate all activities for the different portal releases:
- Make sure they are on time and that they are coordinated with the operational teams such as content, marketing, UAT, data etc
- Make sure they have the needed quality in terms of functional analysis, UAT deliveries and production deliveries
- Make sure they are within budget
- Assess all Change Requests within a release and coordinate the planning and prios of the Change Requests together with the E-commerce Manager
- Make sure everybody is aware of the upgrades and their purpose: e-com team, data, UAT, contact center, B2B,.
- Coördinate the cross-divisional teams in order to have an optimal release and production delivery
Coordinate all activities releated to integration with third parties:
- Arrange the connectivity
- Arrange the authorization and authentification
- Follow up the different interfaces and the data exchanges
Follow up the IT and architectural topics:
- Report on website/portal technical performances (issues, bugs, availability, ..) and follow-up on every issue in this area
- Evaluate and coordinate potential improvements and actual issues with all IT parties involved (B-IT/Company, Delaware, BeneRail and Amadeus)
- Follow up stability and monitoring all systems impacting the e-commerce/mobile sales flows
PM and technical lead on Amadeus migration project:
- Coördinate, plan and implement all phases of the Amadeus Railkit migration project (switching the front-ends to a new API)
- Participate in the weekly/monthly status calls and report on them
- Ensure the quality of all functional and technical analyses made by the different suppliers and validate them with the business
Budget and contract management:
- Control all incoming invoices from our IT partners and make sure they are aligned with the agreements
- Follow up all offers, contracts and other documentation that impact our IT budget
- Make sure we do not overspent the foreseen budgets
- Report regularly on the actual status of the budget
Main projects
The portal releases:
- 4 major releases per year
- A number of minor releases but keep them restricted
- Necessary patches but ideally this number is 0.
For each release
- Make sure the CR are correct and sent to Delaware
- Validate the Delaware analysis
- Prioritise the CRs with the responsibles within the different teams and the E-commerce manager
- Follow up the development
- Plan the UAT and go-live
- Coordinate all aktivities for a good UAT: test plans, execution, follow up meetings, JIRA follow up
- Coordinate the go live
- Inform everybody on time and make sure that the proper training is given
BeNe and Amadeus interface
- Create BWAs for needed changes
- Follow these up with the BeNe PMO
- Validate the analysis
- Participate in tests
- Follow up on production issues
- Validate patches on production issues
- Validate new BeNe configuration and data
Third parties: each party has its own profile and its own prios. for each integration the analysis, functional, legal, connectivity, aspects must be recognized, planned and be dealt with.
Support the e-commerce manager on new projects from an IT/System perspective.
Direct or indirect reports
- Close collaboration with the E-com team members, UAT team, B-IT/company, Data, Contact Center, .
- Close steering of the Delaware PM and Development team
- The Project Mgr will report to the E-commerce Manager directly and with a dotted line towards the IT Core Team steerco
