Description
Global Program Clinical Head wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- MD, PhD, or PharmD degree with a specialisation in a subspecialty with 4+ years' of clinical practice in medical/scientific area
- 6+ years' involvement in clinical research or drug development in an industry environment spanning clinical activities in Phases I through III/IV, including submission dossiers
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with a documented track record of delivering high quality projects in a global environment
- Profound knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, clinical trial design, statistics, and regulatory/clinical development process as well as submissions and health authorities
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for one or more clinical programs, involving one or multiple compounds and owning the risk benefit assessments while being accountable for design, implementation, and execution to support decision milestones, regulatory requirements and market access
- Serving as the Clinical Development Representative while supporting Business Development and Licensing and creating Development Plan and Target Product Profile, designed for successful global regulatory approval and market access
- Applying effective clinical research methodology, including trial design/analyses, efficacy endpoints, safety assessments, risk management, quality disease/program clinical standards, publications, reports, regulatory documents and presentations
- Ensures continuous evaluation of drug safety profile, including safety monitoring of clinical studies and signal detection from post-marketing surveillance
- Driving scenario development for Clinical Development to support decision analysis and optimal resource allocation in programs
- Timely submission and delivery of high quality clinical program data to health authorities and provides on-boarding, coaching, and/or mentoring support
