Senior Manager, International Customer Propositions - Contract - £450 PD

The role holder is a leading member of the central product management and the wider international customer propositions team. The role holder is responsible for developing and launching compelling and profitable propositions, combining products, content and capabilities to respond to client needs and satisfy revenue and profitability targets. This is a proactive hands-on role, working across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data and Sales to sell-in and execute compelling propositions.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience of working within Telcos, Financial Services, Travel and Lifestyle spaces. Knowledge of the loyalty and engagement business and industry dynamics.

  • Commercially minded

  • Significant product & proposition management experience where some have been gained at a senior level

  • Business development exposure is important and so is exposure to membership marketing.

  • Proven successful track record in dynamic, fast-growth and customer-driven organisations, where innovation is central to the business.

  • Experience of product life cycle management, from concept to product launch.

  • Proven experience of successful project management and strong negotiation skills at a senior level.

  • Confident with financial modelling.

  • Experience of procuring and managing supplier contracts and relationships, as well as strategic partnerships development.

  • Confident in presenting internally and to prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build compelling product proposition ideas using existing and new assets, responding to vertical, client and customer insights.

  • Demonstrate commercially creative thinking to turn content and capabilities into profitable propositions, meeting the needs of Clients and their Customers.

  • Propose novel ways to price propositions.

  • Actively take ownership of projects agreed from inception to completion.

  • Be a key decision maker and stakeholder in delivering the right levels of customer experience.

  • Manage and develop a range of benefits and propositions

  • Formulate benefits into customer propositions

  • To procure new benefit

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level

  • Marketing, and/or Product professional qualifications
