Opportunity for SAP Functional Consultants!
Our client, a Federal Government Department in Canberra is seeking the services of SAP Functional Consultants.
Contract: 30 Jan 2018 to 31 Jan 2019 (Possible extension options up to 31 Jan 2021)
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide specialist SAP Skills for support and assistance in delivering a range of deliverables. Resource is required to focus on a number of issues in relation to the departments SAP products, and provide SAP based services to focus on a number of issues in relation to the departments SAP products.
This may include:
- Implementation and configuration of SAP functionality;
- SAP CRM;
- Undertake system configuration and produce detailed configuration documentation.
- Configuring SAP social services.
- Generate functional specs/configuration guides.
- Adhere to the department's SAP development standards.
- Knowledge transfer to the department's staff and mentoring subject matter experts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience as a SAP CRM Functional Consultant within a large organisation
- Demonstrated SAP CRM Functional experience with large scale SAP implementations in SAP CRM
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and customising CRM components egCASE management, One Order Objects etc.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing and resolving issues in a high volume production environment
- SAP CRM functional Certification or equivalent training
- Have worked with ASAP and AGILE/Scrum methodologies.
The client requires the applicants to hold Australian Citizenship and preferably AGSVA Security Clearance.
