Description

We currently have a vacancy for one Oracle-ERP Project Manager to offer his/her services within a European Institution (client) in Luxembourg to start ASAP a 6-months contract in an EN-speaking environment. Extensions likely.

Our client is an international Organisation and a great reference in any CV.

Tasks

  • Support the execution of the Oracle roadmap providing Project Management services,specifically:
    • main point of contact for the business stakeholders (eg HR, Finance and Control,Procurement)
    • liaison with organization's IT & Ops (eg Oracle Service Delivery manager, IT Security)
    • liaise with the subject matter experts to gather business requirements and any other relevant input required for the project in any relevant input required for the project;
    • scope management (eg definition of scope, change requests)
    • organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal stakeholders and/or external providers.
    • develop high quality reports to be presented for decision-making.
    • develop, review and update Oracle documentation (eg guidebooks)
    • support the review and improvement of workflows and processes in relation to procurement
    • manage the relation between the organization and the selected service providers.
    • provide agreed answers to questions from providers
    • plan and coordinate project tasks to assure their timely completion;
    • lead the creation of project deliverables;
    • provide weekly status reports on project progress, risks and issues and mitigation actions.
    • ensure the adherence to the project management methodology for each project (ie quality assurance, user acceptance testing, project closure, project status reports and project resource capacity plan).
  • Identify and highlight the dependencies between the different oracle modules (eg how decisions in one module could impact other modules).
  • Define a proper Oracle program Change Management (eg internal communication, branding).
  • Lead the creation of project artefacts like business requirements, design, business processes, internal control documentation, test cases, user acceptance evidences and deployment documentation.
  • Lead the implementation and validation of the oracle software configuration.
  • Lead the project change management and internal and external communication.
  • Create project artefacts like project status reports, project steering committees reports, project executive presentations.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar assignments with oracle projects;
  • Experience with Oracle ERP modules:
    • Must have: Oracle HCM (Talent management and Global Human Resources),
    • Should Have: Accounts payable (Payments, Payables, Tax, Cash Management, Receivables) Procure-To-Pay (purchasing, self-service procurement), Procurement Sourcing module, Travel Expenses, Budget and planning management
    • Nice to have: General Ledger, financial reports, project portfolio management.
  • Proven project management experience (with commonly used methodologies like PMI or PRINCE2);
  • Proven change management experience;
  • Proactive, autonomous and self-starter;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Well-structured and organized;
  • Reliable and flexible;
  • Team player;
  • Meeting and workshop facilitation experience;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to document clear and complete business requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written (a test may be requested).
